The training challenge
Traditional LMS activities could not accommodate the real-world complexity of Joby’s operational training. There was a clear gap between structured online learning and flexible, real-time performance evaluation.
Joby called on Webanywhere for a solution to:
- Track hands-on training across locations and teams
- Standardize the evaluation process for technical competencies
- Ensure version control for evolving procedures
- Efficiently manage evaluator qualifications and learner progress
- Provide reliable audit trails for compliance and internal accountability

We worked in partnership with the Joby L&D team Joby to develop and implement a Totara LMS, which we enhanced with a custom-developed OJT plugin.
This solution was designed to give Joby’s L&D team a single, clear line of site into all their training for compliance and team performance.
