Webanywhere was founded in 2003 as an e-learning technology company providing solutions to the education sector. Our clients are over 4000 schools and companies across the world. We are implementing e-learning platforms and open-source systems. Since 2011 we are cooperating with IT specialist from Poland. In April 2012 we have opened the office in Katowice where now we employ 50 staff.
Currently, we are looking for Drupal Developer who will join our team in Katowice, creating e-learning applications.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working closely with other web developers within a busy development department, and liaising with system administrator
- Developing and customising Drupal modules
- Driving continuous improvement in performance and usability
- Maintaining and developing existing Drupal installations
- Acting as a domain expert for website platforms and processes
- Working with web service APIs
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- +1 year Drupal experience
- Good knowledge of the Drupal 7 API (including: Entity, Views, Features, Form and DB API)
- Experience in using the following modules: Views, Features, Rules.
- Clear communication in Polish as the role will require interaction with non technical Project Managers, consultants, other developers and potentially end customers
- Good oral / written English. Majority of the development team are based in Poland but all customers are English speaking
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- OO PHP experience
- Git, Redmine
- Drush
- Composer
- Drupal 8 experience
